Audrey Lawdermilk

Audrey began working in the office in the Fall of 2024. In the afternoons, she provides extra help for office duties and manages the school’s social media accounts. She was born in Fort Worth, Texas but moved to Louisiana shortly after Hurricane Katrina. It was then that her mother began teaching kindergarten; this allowed her to directly observe classroom management, teaching new curriculum, and other tasks a teacher must perform. Her sister also is a nanny on the side, so childcare is definitely a common pursuit in her family. The Montessori Method is especially appealing to her because of the independence and prosocial behavior it promotes. She enjoys hanging out with friends, listening to different music, and going to the antique store. Audrey is currently pursuing an Associates degree in Funeral Services, and hopes to eventually transition to autopsy work.
